1. Acceptance
By using the Tablehaven Events website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its planning tools.
2. Website content
Catalog descriptions, prices, availability statements, and care notes are provided for preliminary planning. They do not constitute a confirmed reservation, quote, or guarantee of availability.
3. Planning tools
Fallows and cart data are stored locally in your browser. They are convenience tools and are not a reservation system. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private browsing may remove them.
4. Planning estimates vs confirmed reservations
All catalog pricing, availability checks, and generated estimates serve strictly as planning guides. A confirmed reservation is created only when Tablehaven Events and the customer mutually execute a written agreement that specifies final inventory, pricing, delivery schedule, and all applicable service fees.
5. Inquiries and rental agreements
Submitting a form does not create a rental contract. A rental becomes binding only after Tablehaven Events and the customer agree to written terms, inventory, pricing, timing, and applicable fees.
6. Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful event planning and genuine communication. Do not interfere with the site, scrape private business systems, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or misuse contact channels.
7. Intellectual property
Tablehaven Events owns or licenses the site’s written content, visual system, brand presentation, and catalog organization. You may not reproduce substantial portions for commercial use without written permission.
8. Third-party services
Browser features, hosting providers, communication providers, and other service systems may have separate terms. Tablehaven Events is not responsible for independent third-party availability or policies.
9. Disclaimer and limits
The website is provided for general planning purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Tablehaven Events is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on preliminary catalog information or temporary website unavailability.
